Finally, after many many moons of dwelling in the darkness, the Counter Strike: Source department of the All Seeing Cow is breaking out of its dust coated shell.
With a new admin found in Kennyken, and the recovery of Externalz, the cs:s section of ASC is about to get a whole lot busier. A lot is planned for this area so keep your eyes rolled in the back of your heads.

Most CSS users who traverse across the GameArena servers will be aware that you cannot join them without the "cl_restrict_server_commands 0" command.
Please note that this command stops the guid dumps from functioning. Which means if you input this command to play on GA, you're dump file script is useless across all servers.

However, only GA appears to need this command so you can add the above command to your autoexec.cfg file if you want to play on GA servers, and remove it for any other server.

Problem should go away once GA has corrected their bugs.
